With a few exceptions, like my fiance, I can’t stand being stagnant or seeing the same thing too frequently. Including my own website. I spent a good deal of time looking at other portfolios and taking notes, while adding some of my own thoughts to the mix on what I want from a redesign.

Ultimately, I wanted to focus on three things:

1. More focus on my work.
   Large, nearly oversized images! I want people to see all the detail I put into my work.
2. Easier portfolio maintenance.
   This really has more to do with me than you. Sorry. I  just don’t have much time for working on my own site, so when I do, I want it to be quick and painless.
3. Rebrand myself.
   I am not a freelancer. I do, however, take up a project here or there when time permits and the project is intriguing. I want to use this site to showcase some of the fun and grand ideas that have come about from some of these intriguing projects.

I found a great WordPress framework that facilitated some of these features, which was a must, since I had little time I could spend away from client work. I modified a handful of things and swapped some styling to achieve a result I could be happy with. So here begins another site.
